    Zero hardware required. Machine Analyser extracts high-resolution data — including I²T thermal data and specific fault sequences — directly from your existing ELAU PacDrive controllers via your current network infrastructure. Nothing is installed on or near the machine.

  • How is our data secured during transfer?

    Data is encrypted before leaving your network. Critically, the connection is outbound-only. Machine Analyser does not require any inbound ports to be opened — meaning your internal network remains invisible to the outside world.

    The communication layer is strictly read-only by design. There is no programmatic path within the software to write, modify or force any PLC variables or code. This is an architectural constraint — not a setting that could be changed or overridden.
